LVEF and Aortic Root Ectasia

I just did stress test and it says the LVEF was 60% (I think this is done at the beginning, before the test).  I know this is normal, but I am male 38 years old , should I be getting higher number? at peak HR, by BP was 200/96 is this normal?. I started at 140/100 (high) before the test begin, I have High BP but usually not this high. The report noted that I have borderline aortic root ectasia (3.8 cm) . is this bad? how bad? especially considering my age. what is causing this? is this reversible?

thanks

Possibly reversible with high dose angiotensin receptor blocker therapy.  See my old posts for more info.

LVEF 60% is very good. Why not get a 2D Echo with Color Doppler test done and check the EF% again?
