Left arm pain and chest pain

Hello

I was in hospitl before one month becous of chest and left arm pain but doctor did ECG,echo test for heart blood test after test she inform me there is nothing and the she did other test for stress test in that report also she said every thing is fine but still i feel that pain in my arm,chest and back . do i have to worry about heart problem or something else. i feel like numbness in my left arm, pain in my chest , pain in my back,dizziness and feeling stress

what it is ?

urgent :--- Please reply me what i have to do next ?

If you continually felt the pains, then the ECG would have picked it up if heart related. If the pain wasn't there during the ECG then it could easily be overlooked if heart related. It is good your Doctor did a stress test and it was negative providing strong evidence for a pinched nerve or twisted muscle.

left arm, chest, back and dizziness are symptoms that should not be ignored, if you do not feel satisfied with your doctor's assessment get a second opinion. I would also look at GERD/Acid Reflux. I had the same symptoms as you and went to emergency room and I was told that I have GERD....he also advised me to get a stress a test, which I did and I also had blockages
