Life expectancy

I am a man, 52 years old, 5' 6' tall, 330 pounds.  I do not get very much exercise as I am constantly out of breath and fatiged.  I have allways been in good heath untill about ten years ago, I started gaining weight.  About five years ago I was told, I had all of these new problems.  I wanted to ask the Question then but failed to muster the courage.  So I am asking you now, what is my life expectancy, with the following ailments??

Paroxysmal Artrial Fibrillation and flutter, Pulmonary Hypertension, Asymptomatic Low Grade Ventricular ectopy, Esential Hypertension with Hypertensive heart disease manifest with LVH, Low-grade ventricular ectopy, Valvular Heart Disease with Aortic valve sclerosis but neither aortic stenosis or regeuritation; trace mittral regurgitation, Sleep Apnea,  Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease, Glucose intolerance vs. Diabet, Asthma,
