Lightheaded,palpitations

r9c
Hi,i was just wondering wat could be the cause of the constant dizziness as i had this problem since last year, did a full blood test all came back normal including a tyhroid test.also did an echo, stress test twice,24 hour holter and several ecgs and which some show possible lvh but the doctor dosent seem concerned as my echo was clear a year ago and is it necessary to repeat the  echo again ? I also did a tilt table test which shows normal bp standing and lying and the only thing the cardio mentioned is sinus tach, should i press for another holter or an echo ? As my dizziness is so constant througj the day,the only thing the doc found was once my bp was 90/70 but the other cardio dosnt seem concerned about it.

You may need to some salt loading either by adding on some extra salt in your diet or taking salt tablets.  I would consider repeating the holter and maybe even another tilt table test.  Make suer that the latter is a full TTT (45 minutes or so).  if those are normal you should see a neurologist to assess for vestibular causes of dizziness.

Lots of things can cause dizziness. Have you been worked up by a neurologist or an ear, nose, and throat doc?
