Low oxygen level

My latest EKG indicated that the oxygen level drops in part of my heart.  Is this something to be concerned about?

Thank you so very much for your information.  I am scheduled for a stress test next week.  I always feel better being a little filled in on what the possible problem may be.  I know that the good Lord is watching over me.
Your information has helped to relieve some of my uneasiness.
