I want to ask about the Aortic valve replacment with a mechanical one due to rhumatic fever.. my fiance had an open heart surgery when he's 24 .. now he's 26 and he's concerned about the marriage issue and the warfrin mangment in future.. also some concerns about the life expectency .. I'm worry about him and I want to make sure this marriage will stand.

His life expectancy should not be affected by his having a mechanical valve or by his being on warfarin.  He made the right choice of the type of valve to get.  He now has his whole life ahead of him, just like any other young man his age.
