My heart is beating very fast for my age, what's wrong with me?

I'm 13 years old, and my mother has a phone that can scan you for how fast your heart is beating. Sometimes my heart is beating normal, but sometimes my heart beats very fast and i get shortness of breathe. This one time that i was checking my heart beat. And while i was doing so my heart kind of twitched or something it felt like a twitch but on my heart can that happen? Also this one day I kind of speed walked to the kitchen and I had shortness of breathe. So I checked to see what my heart rate was and it was 180 bpm! I'm healthy, not overweight or anything. Ever since that I have been tracking heart beat. It has been from 71-154 bpm. What do you think is wrong with me?
