As I understand your question you are concerned because you have low BP and HR..  How low?
Even before I developed a heart problem I had low BP and HR. Probably most of my life.  According to my doctors, that is healthy.  The lower your BP and HR the less hard (not really correct words but you get it) you has to work.  So that is better for your heart.

Apart from that I guess I'm not sure why you are concerned.  I wish I could be more help.  Make certain you ask your doctor at your next visit.  If you are really stressed about it call the office and speak to the nurse.
