Need help with ekg

So for a month now I have been having issues. Started out with a strong palpitation and left arm numbness with chest pain and it has been a daily thing now with chest pain. Been to er 3 times. Currently wearing a holter monitor and next week have echo and stress test.

But my anxiety is so high right now with all of this going on. I need answers

I am going to copy the results of each ekg newest first

The members here are not doctors and really are not qualified to interpret EKG's, did you ask your doctor?
