In October, I started having palpitations. Went to see a cardiologist who made me do a holter test and echocardiogram. I had an EKG prior as well and that is what showed pvc's. When I did holter monitor 24 hour test, I barely had any, which defeated the whole purpose! Dr. said to avoid caffeine- which I did. It it wasn't the cause. He said everything was ok and it was normal. Well I've been getting them at least once a month, lasting 2 weeks. Sometimes they occur repeatedly and strong and it's uncomfortable and makes me cough. How could this be normal? I'm scared it's going to weaken my heart. I also found that when I'm very stressed and anxious and everything piles up, it comes out in an episode of pvc's. How did this start! I never had issues before! Any info will be healpful. Thanks!
Once your cardiologist has concluded that it is nothing to worry about, the best thing imo is to just ignore them.(at least that is what I do).
Having PVC's is not really a heart disease. You could post your question in the the heart rhythm section additionally. You may expect more replies there.
All the best!
