Hi there. Im not a doctor but will try help.
Coronary Artery Disease ( CAD) is narrowing of Arteries
An occlusion is a blockage,( non means narrowed but not 100% blocked). Normally stents are placed if an artery is blocked  over about 75 - 80%. Less than this is often treated just by medication.
Treatment depends on the individual patient and their past medical history.

Have you had an Angiogram? This is an Invasive test , but excellent at showing the condition of the heart and the arteries.

The Tachy is as Ger says above.

Write a list of questions and bring it to your next doctors visit

Hope this helps

Seconding Ger57's answer!  Since your already showing signs that some heart issues may be developing get started on heart healthier life style changes.  A little outdoor excersise, just a simple walk outside after lunch.  Watch the salt in your diet, there's alot in EVERYTHING so read labels.  Balance your diet, reduce lunch meat!  Small changes early go a long way later!  I also am not a doctor but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.  Keep your sense of humor!!!!

Thanks for clearing this up for me, every time I go to the dr, they scare me the scare me the way they talk, which makes my pressure go up so I forget, they make me nervous, but the way u explain it, I understand it better and my heart is more calm. I appreciate that a lot.

Thank you so much
God bless u too.

Dear Chichigirl,

you have a lot of questions and answers thereto require a lot of background knowledge of you and your heart and a lot of cardiologic knowledge.
I am no doctor and only can comment on the info you provide.

non occlusive coronary artery disease means that the coronary arteries, these are the arteries around the heart that feed the heart with oxygen, are probably narrowed to a certain extend, but not fully blocked. This can mean that under certain circumstances, when your heart needs more oxygen, the supply is not sufficient.

Non sustained tachycardia means that your heart has started racing (high heart rate) but that it went back to a normal pace by itself.

The tachycardia, the non compaction and the borderline enlarged LV are probably symptoms from a common cause.
Talk to your cardiologist and let him/her explain all the issues that you do not fully understand and what the plans are for the near and far future.

God bless,
Ger
