Pulse in Throat very concerning

Ive had palpitations and very noticeable rapid pulse in my throat for last 3-4 months its really concerning me, had dull pain in centre of chest, had 2 x ecg,tested for diabetes anemia and diabetes, kidneys also tested all tests fine, go 2-3 days and feel fine then it flairs up again,some nights sweat like made in bed, and palpitations more noticeable after even walking to toilet or making a cup of coffee, and get hot over little excertion, throat has to be cleared a lot in morning by coughing  and i need to swallow, been on beta blockers for 5 days but feel no better loud ringing in ears, a lot more pulsating since on beta blockers
