I am sorry you have had so many issues recently. The symptoms you describe (palpitations in particular) would be concerning for a heart arrhythmia, but appears that with a normal Holter monitor is likely ruled out. The remainder of your symptoms, while concerning, unfortunately are not specific symptoms, meaning that they could represent any number of issues and do not specifically point to one diagnosis (could be heart/arrhythmia related, pulmonary related, or anxiety related). Your cardiac work up, thus far, appears to be normal, and while you may not want to hear that, you should be reassured by that. The fact that you are still able, in the setting of these symptoms recently, to run 30 minutes, indicates that this is likely not related to your heart. With that said, if the symptoms return, consider a second opinion, where the tests from the first go-around can be re-reviewed and if any further testing is necessary can be pursued.
thank you for responding. it really means alot!!! Well, Im back to pain meds and sitting around. Ive had to cancel commitments, and things I want to do because i am unable. Yes, I agree about the running and my heart working. It doesnt make ANY SENSE to me, but my pain and pounding chest are my heart communicating to me, so if the heart isn't where the defect is, can some other organ or imbalance cause my healthy heart to act weird? thanks! Also wanted to mention that the symptoms and cause never went away, there was just one day where I choose to push through while i could.
