Rapid Irregular Heart and reduced Stamina

Hey guys im 18 years old and every time i think i have a heart disease/problem. In 2010 when i was about 14 i had this sudden rapid heart and it was irregular because it felt weird in my chest like my heart was gonna pop out. Ever since then this has been happening whenever i physically push my self which i am used to doing playing soccer, etc. Not physically push my self as in lifting heavy things but like cardio so running a lot or working hard playing soccer or something.

Anyways, i had this happen to me about 10 times over these 4 years and ever since my stamina has decreased drastically. Im tired of this because now i make one sprint and my heart is about to burst. I would be able to run so much when i was younger. I dont smoke or do drugs im a healthy guy i eat junk food now and then and i drink like couple times a years and not a lot.

Okay so i believe i damaged my heart or something because of pushing my self too much and i went to the doctor and stuff got the holter (idk how to spell it) monitor on me for like 3 days i think and nothing appeared. They said they need an ECG done when the rapid irregular heart beat is occuring but that only lasts 20~ but once it lasted like 4 hours but i was an idiot and told no one. I recently had it like a month ago and went to the local emergency thing but had to wait in line.... and while i was sitting there it stopped and it was useless the guy just told me its probably nothing life threatening but i dont believe that because get tired so fast feel like out of shape.

I really want to know what this is can someone tell me if this is some sort of disease??

extra info:
it is more likely to occur during cold and windy days because it is hard for me to breathe.
Also i dont its my diet and life style im very active but i guess i dont eat a lot and i dont drink a lot of water.
I usually drink 2-3 glasses of water a day but when i remember to take 8-10 i do that but usually i dont drink a lot. i don't think that is likely the cause though. ill try drinking 8-10 glasses for a month and post my results :)
thanks.

I've done a test run on a treadmill and they gradually increased the speed and got nothing. I told them it doesnt happen when i am just jogging continiously it occurs most often when i change pace (like say im jogging in one direction and all of a sudden i sprint in a different direction or im sprinting and i stop all of sudden). Thanks, ill keep in updating my progress!

yes its regular at high rates but it gets to high rates very easily now like a 10 sec sprint and im tired no more running or jogging for a minute when before i could play a 90 minute soccer match match fine. The high irregular heart rate only occurs when im really tired and i still keep running or when i make a sudden movement.. for example this happened to me twice, i was walking and someone came towards me with a soccer ball and i lunged quickly at the ball and the rapid irregular heart beat started (my heart rate while i was walking was at like jogging level because i was playing soccer). Hope that makes sense, thanks for the reply :)

I think it unlikely that you have any heart problem at your young age... but your symptoms don't sound normal.

Is you heart rate regular when it is operating at a high rate?  Periodic (stimulated) atrial fibrillation would cause a high irregular heart rate and a reduced stamina.  When the atrial chamber(s) fibrillate the ventricle are not able to operate at peak efficiency.

Do you have asthma? The lowered stamina, having a harder time breathing during the cold seasons and rapid heart beat can be associated with that. My brother had these same issues before he started taking Arriva.
