Rapid heart rate while sleeping

Hi,
It all started about 3 weeks ago. I smoke a big amount a marijuana and after about 15 minutes, i felt both sides of my chest getting bigger, specialy the left side. My heart was beating really fast. I smoke maybe 2 or 3 times after that and it always happened. Now, my hearth beats fine but my chest is till a bit bigger than it used to and i feel my heart beating and it feels like its popping out of my chest and it always feels wierd specialy after some exercises or sports. But the things that scares me the most is when i sleep. Everyday that i go to sleep i feel fine and everytime i woke up at night i touched my hearth and the bpms where always about twice or a bit more than it is usualy. I wonder if its normal and wath should a do ? I went to the hospital and said that my harth was fine and they thought i was alright but im not shure about it.

Thx,
Nick

Quit the darn marijuana!! You have no other way! Be very happy about your body is smart and tries to tell you also, what I just said.
