If you have no symptoms then you don't need any intervention. However, if symptoms do start to appear, you will need to have your RCA treated.

Where are the collaterals being fed from? this is what you need to establish. If they are being fed by another vessel becoming blocked, then they are at risk. You don't give the info as to where they are being fed from.
