Should I worry about my fast resting heart rate?

I am 19 F. Two months ago, I had heart palpitations one day (perhaps due to eating a very heavy meal or breath holding or exhaling too much or all of them at once - yep was doing weird things not sure what it was either)

And my heart started beating fast and hard. It felt like a normal palpitation (like the kind you get when you're anxious or drank lots of coffee) so I thought it was alright. My leg became a bit numb. And my face was reddish.

I thought palpitations would stop when I went back to normal breathing, but it didn't.

But my heart continued pumping crazily. I couldn't sleep that night as I felt all my arteries throbbing.

From that point onwards, I experienced a lot of strange symptoms. My resting heart rate became very high (around 90 bpm). I experienced lots of symptoms which I assume stem from tachycardia (dizziness, can't take a nice breath, fatigue, weakness, slower wound healing, chills)

The docs don't think it's something to worry about since apparently a resting heart rate of 90 bpm isn't 'a cause for medical concern :(' (just cos it's below 100bpm) My rhr used to be 60-70 and I was very healthy. They told me to just eat properly and exercise.

But whenever I exercise or exert myself in anyway, this shoots up to 130 bpm, so I really don't know whether I should trust them. And since I can't take a nice breath, I feel like exercising does not feel as good as it used to.

I have seen 2 cardiologists and 1 pulmonologist. All of them think I'm fine. They've done bloodwork, urine, thyroid, echo and electrocardiogram. All cleared :) and so they said I'm okay.

Everyone tells me to trust the docs but I am really not sure. Am I really okay?

Thanks!! Any help is appreciated :)

You have two choices here.

One is to believe that medical school is a real thing and that smart people go there and actually learn how the body works.

The second choice is that none of that is true:  doctors know nothing.

Which is more reasonable?
