Stress Test Results: What does it mean below?

What does the following mean after I had a stress test. I have been having pain on the right side of my chest.

"Incidentally on the resting echogram lateral wall of the left ventricle appears to have some denseness and some shadowing. Please correlate clinically. May consider cardiac MRI to analyze the lateral segment better to exclude any mass effect."

Thanks,
Jay Hoffman

Please understand we are not doctors and can not interpret test results so please ask your doctor for clarity. Having said that, it just means they could not really get a good image of that area of the heart and suggest a different test method.
