Stress test-st wave depression

I just had a stress test, and was told that I failed it due to ST wave depression. I have to go back for a stress echo. My doctor said it was mild and just over what they consider normal. I'm 31 and a healthy eater, and exercise regularly. I have a hard time believing I could have CAD. Does anyone know what this could be? I was told to avoid strenuous exercise until my next test so I'm freaked out.
