I've had those tingling sensations in my chest, hands, abdomen, and feet (it moves around) but they appear to be related to taking Calcium blockers for blood pressure.  I've been to the doctor and examined repeatedly.  There's nothing wrong, despite the sensations (as long as they're not clearly painful).  I'm taking Diltiazem and it works like gangbusters for me.  I may go get examined by a neurologist but there have been no harmful effects, in my life, from the tingling.
