Strange cardiac symptom

I am 55, female and am under a cardiac consultant. I live in the UK. I had a strange sensation under my left breast, I was told that I went bright red, on my face and neck.  I get this from time to time, but the one above was the worst so far. Does anyone know what it was.

Was it just momentary? If it last under a minute and is sharp, its usually nerves.

NO it wasnt sharp as I said a sensation, not a pain.
You'd have to clarify what you mean by sensation.  Dull, achy, heavy, pulling, tugging.

Is there dyspnea?

Tachypnea?

Tachycardia?

Bradycardia?

Im more than happy to help as medical professional and fellow patient.  But im having a difficult time understanding, what you are trying to convey.
Its a dull sensation, I feel strange its really hard to describe its definitely not painful, and I dont think I have breathing problems, I am not fat, I have a family history of dilated cardiac myopathy and I am grade one hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Does it get worse with exertion?  In specific positions?
No, frequently comes on when I am just sitting down watching tv or on the computer mostly, and usually only when sitting.  I have had a pulse as low as 20bpm
That's REALLY low,  how high is your Bp?  It has to be really high to Compensate to allow you to have perfusion.

Have you had an ep study?
I take blood pressure meds, ramipril 10mg one in the morning, usually its pretty well controlled 146/80 but occasionally it can become very high 190/110 when that happens I go to the doctors.  I dont know what an ep study is can you explain please?
Electrohysiology exam.  They enter into your hear, through the groin, via the femoral vein.  Then the electrical signaling system of your heart is evaluated.   Bc your heart rate is honestly too low.  They will check,  the sa node, av node, bundle of his,  right bundle brach, left bundle branch and purkinjie fibers.  Its will hopefully get you some answers and help.
We call these an angiogram and no I  havent  had one, or been considered for one.
