Do I have sick sinus syndrome?

Is the Apple Watch reliable at detecting tachycardia and bradycardia? I am a 38 year old woman who notices ocassional spikes in my BPM of 150 to 205 as well as ocassional drops from 59 to 30. Is this something to be concerned about?
