Understanding results of 2D Echo.

My 2D Echo results where some results are in bold letters that i want to understand.
(1) LVPW: 1.1CMS
(2) IVS: 1.2CMS
(3) LVEF: 68%
(4) RWMA: NIL
CONCLUSION: CONCENTRIC LVH, NO RWMA, GOOD LV/RV FUNCTION

1) Left Ventricular Wall thickness
2) is the stout wall separating the lower chambers (the ventricles) of the heart from one another.
3) Left Ventriculare Ejection Fraction  (66% = normal)
Sounds like your heart is working a little to hard and you may be at risk in the future of developing a heart issue (cardiomyopthy).  They will probably start you on blood pressure lowering therapies whether lifestyle changes or meds or both.
