vertebral artery av fistula

This would be a vascular question I think.  I have a vertebral artery av fistula that I am going to Cleveland Clinic next week to see a dr about because no one in the local Tidewater Virginia area has personally worked on one.  I understand it is very difficult to get to and rare.  Can anyone help me that has any experience with this condition.
thanks.Bubee

My research indicates it is rare.  After 7 years of answering medical question on a forum, this the first time I have heard of the problem.  Hope it works out well with you at the Cleveland Clinic, and let us know how it works out.  Thanks for posting on the heart forum.  Take care.
