Very concern, everyone else not so much

For almost the last month I have had onset of various symptoms.  First was feeling anxious when I would get up in the morning.  I had no problems sitting or lieing in bed.  I noticed it was worse after eating.  I felt a little more tired than usual.  I sensed at time my blood pressure would go up during the day with even smaller stressors.  My blood pressure has always been in the normal range.  I woke in the morning with my lower jaw being tired/sore.

On 4/3/16 I was at work at the airport and felt oka all morning.  I tried to walk fast and more than usual going between the gates of my flights.  When I got to my departure gate I felt kinda lightheaded and not well.  On the flight I was on with work at cruise I started feeling extremely anxious with left arm discomfort and my left are went numb. I had mild chest discomfort and a spasm in lower chest upper abdomen.  Due to these symptoms the flight diverted and I was taken to a local ER Via ambulance from the airport.  At the hospital I was told I had no MI but they thought I might have an unstable angina.  They wanted to do a hear cath the next morning.  I unwisely judged wanted to get home so spent the night in a hotel and drive home the next day.

I found a "good" cardiologist and had an oppontment on 4/5.  Was given crestor and baby aspirin to take and a lipid panel, nuke stress test, and echo was ordered.  On 4/7 I felt good for most of the day and had a large lunch with the wife.  After eating I felt anxious and lightheaded.  Latter I went to go banking and when I stood in line felt real bad.  Ended feeling chest discomfort, anxious, and left arm tingle but not fully numb.  Went to ER and they said all looked good.  They even did some checks for DVT and blood clot in lungs and found nothing.  On 4/8 I had scheduled tests performed at cardiologist.

On 4/13 I was in Salt Lake City for work. Felt kinda out of breath more than normal with the high altitude.  That morning had breakfast at hotel and when to work were I felt anxious and chest discomfort again.  Felt real bad and out of it.
I got test results latter in the time stating all tests liking good.  Cholesterol of 177. With ration 105/48. 118 trig
Was told to stop aspirin and crestor.   Was spaced out with chest pain during more stressful parts of trip.  Felt oka in bed and was able to do 2 30 min elyptical sessions while in the work trip with no discomfort.

I am back at home at still not feeling well. Saw GP in follow up and they don't seem concerned based on the cariologist report.  My next visit with cardiologist was 4/26 but they pushed it till 5/3.

I am 42 male.  No family history.  30-35 bmi range but large frame no large guy,
Don't  exercise as much as I should, no diabetes, no smoking, used to drink a moderate Amount sometimes more. No real high BP.

Symptom wise I still have a kinda tired jaw, left chest pain that varies. Upper left abdominal pain the varies, very reduced appetite. Trouble sleeping (wake up feeling like I can breath).  Sensation of racing heart at times.  Mild left chest pain with exercise now.  Fatigued in morning.  Left arm is shaky and week more.  Fascinations in legs at rest.  Cold hands and increased cold sensitivity (I used to be a personal furnace!)  very low appetite(loosing a little weight atleast), anxious,  occasional left arm mild discomfort. Throat irritation and increased swallowing difficulty ( was said to have gerds in the past) on eating.

Chest pain worse with stress.  Felt out of breath yesterday morning in supermarket and very stressed.  Got home and BP on wrist machine was 155/107. Latter when back down to 128/84.

Wife and friends think it's stress and in my head as the cardiologist said I am OKA based off of lipid panel and tests. My concern is the symptoms and the supposedly very poor value of even the nuclear stress test.  I live not far from Cleveland clinic...supposedly they have a good cardiac unit.  I have been told the cardiac cath is a bit dangerous...the heart CT is new and less dangerous but is it better the nuke stress?  As you can tell I am pretty stressed out myself with all this!  Just wounding what I should do.  Get an earlier appointment some place else (Cleveland) or just suck it up till 5/3.

I am now nuts with what I eat,  don't eat much, trying to exercise a lot more, and still taking a baby aspirin just in case.  As a last note I DO have a thyroid disorder....hypothyroid.
