What are the TAVR recommendations for 90y.o female, symptoms fatigue, out of breath?

CAD results left main:  large caliber.  LAD: moderate caliber, type 3.  Circumflex:  Large caliber, dominant CFX, 80% ostial OM 1 stenosis.  RCA:  small caliber non dominant RCA with proximal 70% stenosis.   My ECCHO went from moderate to severe aortic and mitral valves in the past year.  I have read ab out TAVR and my only concern is possibility of strokes.  I read Mayo and Cleveland clinics use a catheter to capture any debris.  However, not all cardiac surgeons do this.
