OK so here's a little background, I am 46 years old. I do not smoke nor do I drink alcohol. I don't do drugs and I am not on any medication. I do lift weights. I am constantly taking my blood pressure because in my mid thirties it did start to rise a little. It was ranging about 140 / 90. I opted out of getting on blood pressure medication and now for the past 4 years my blood pressure has been steady in the range of 115 / 70. Every year for my job I do a physical. They take blood work and my cholesterol level has been total about 255. Triglycerides 211. LDL Cholesterol 172. HDL cholesterol 210. So now, very recently, I've beginning to feel very slight pressure in my chest after eating. It will start up 30 minutes to an hour after eating. Not painful at all. Not even discomfort. Just noticable. And after a little while I'll have to go do #2 and then it's gone. Also I only feel it when I'm sitting back in my couch after eating. No pain. No shortness of breath. Nothing radiates out to my neck or arms or jaw. I don't feel nauseous or dizzy. When this feeling happens my anxiety kicks in and I get nervous. Could this be heart related? Or something else? I'll be visiting a cardiologist soon. Just wanted to get some feedback to either prepare me for the worst or give me peace of mind. Thank you.
