What does it mean if your inferior heart is abnormal under a stress test?

Had echo, ekg, and heart stress test done.  Results were all very good:  heart function at 57%, mitro and artia valves were all working great. Sinus rhythm was good.  Only15% carotid blockage.   Under the chemical stress test I am told that the Inferior part of the heart did not (light up) as it should.

What does this mean?
