antiobiotics and arrhythmias

What antibiotics are safe to take with a cardiac arrhythmia?  I have sick sinus syndrome with afib. and bradycardia.  I take flecainide 150mg twice a day.  Any time that I need an antibiotics doctors, other than my cardiologist, struggle to find one that isn't countraindicated.

I am guessing you need some that do not prolong the QT interval, as the bradycardia can cause this. There are a variety of websites which list these drugs. But usually most penicillin, cephalosporins are thought to be safe, whereas macrolides, such as erythromycin, azithromycin, are thought not to be. Also the antifungals are also not safe ( all the ones ending in azole). Besides antibiotics there are many other drugs which can also prologue the QT interval which you should be careful with.
