Why would my left arm hurt expecially elbow and left side of upper back ?

I keep having trouble with arm elbow and upper left back hurting. If I go out in heat my chest will hurt. I almost always feel short of breathe. I’m always tired. I always feel sick daily. My left rib area will hurt too sometimes. I can’t be outside. I do have modules in thyroid. Have anemia take iron take potassium daily prescribed.

Your not really giving much information... what testing have you had done?  It seems your elbow has little to do with your chest pain and dyspnea imo.
