Worried

I've been having chest pain since my 20's I'm 41 now. I had a stress today I didnt run I had an IV. Now I'm dizzy,nauseous ,and have the shakes. Is there something serious wrong?

I agree with Jon, long-time  chest pain is usually arthritis or stress related, from what I've learned.  Did the test administrators say it went OK?

I doubt it, chest pain that goes on for years is almost never cardiac in nature. Probably just some residual effect of your test.
