Well your info is limited and her doctor is best equipped to offer professional advice
My own limited knowledge in lay mans terms is as follows;
Fibrotic densities are an issue in the lungs, usually scarring from an old infection etc
Pneumonia is present and will be dealt with by medication promptly I would imagine.
Cardiomegaly is basically that the heart is enlarged. Its important to investigate the cause. It can be the result of high BP over time? If the BP is got under control it often can improve. The enlargement can also lead to Edema, which would be a burden on the lungs, so a water tab may be advised by the doctor.
The treatment for the Aorta issue may be a moderate to high dose of statins.
Hopefully there is not too much damage from recent Heart Attack. Keep us posted
