a ct scan shown the following, a 42 mm aneurysmal dilatation of the ascending aorta

the scan also shown a borderline enlarged heart and pulmonary artery enlarge suggesting pulmonary arterial hypertension.   on a previous ct scan 6 months earlier it shown no findings.  is this bad
