There are many different blood vessel configurations such as dominant left side or dominant right side or combonation of both.  Sometimes the congental configuration causes problems as it may not provide sufficient blood flow to cerain areas of the heart. The configuration that is described can not be commented on without specific knowledge of the heart's functionality as the discription may be related to a medcial problem or not?

Generally, a stenosis (blockage or narrow lumen) less than 70% does not cause any problems. The 70% is the guidelines by American Heart Assoc. Tight lesions would indicate blockage...no percentage given!

Generally, if there are coronary blockages and that causes symptoms such as chest pain, the options to treat would be medication if that relieves symptoms, if symptoms are not relieved than there are stent implants to open the stenosis, and if implants can't be adequately applied then a bypass.

Regardless of the 3 options available and taken,  there is no cure cure for vessel occlusions (coronary artery disease).  Therapy would be medication to slow or prevent further occlusions and anyone of the 3 options to open wider the vessels that have some occlusions.

Hope this provides a perspective, and if you have any further questions or comment you are invited to respond.  Take care, and thanks for your question.
