ok been high all day got upto 175/85 took a ativan its now down to 121/82,, so if it came down with a ativan and no bp pill does that mean it was anxiety and not heart problem?

You know I'm not a doctor, but that would indicate to me it's anxiety. You just need to get your mind off your BP and it will be fine. If you had only taken it once today you would have avoided all the grief.

So, starting tomorrow just once a day and watch it drop over time.

Just try to do it at the same time every day so you get the best measurement. I take mine in the evening at about 7:00 PM which is just before I work you. Also, use your tracker EVERY day so you can see how well you're doing. Check out mine, it may help.
