Sorry, that's "7:00 PM before I work out, you should use the tracker....".
Just try to do it at the same time every day so you get the best measurement. I take mine in the evening at about 7:00 PM which is just before I work you. Also, use your tracker EVERY day so you can see how well you're doing. Check out mine, it may help.

thank you jon i agree tomorrow i will take once maybe middle noon.
So, starting tomorrow just once a day and watch it drop over time.
