cardiac artery disease

Initial catherization revealed that the circumflex artery was totally occluded while both the LDA and RCA  were 80%occluded.  I have had five stents implanted in three catherization procedures: (2)-2000, (2)-2001 and (1)-2008; 4 stents implanted in the LDA with the remaining stent in the RCA.  
Is it usual/unusual that the LDA has had more atheroma as opposed to other arteries? Or is it particular to me?

Blood pressure is higher on the left side of the heart compared to the right side (RCA).  Also, the circumflex bifurcates from the left main and the LAD and this is an area that is vulnerable due to blood cell turbulance and that often is the underlying cause for plaque buildup.  Higher blood pressure can damage blood vessels and...
