had this done for a baseline i guess but not sure what the results mean.
dr said all good but what does this mean

the rightdistal commom carotid artery has mild arherosclerotio plaque with normal Dopper signals consisent with 1-15 stenosis ?

the right croxima internal carotid artery has mild atnerosclerotic plaque with normal spectral dopper singnals consistent with 1-15 stenosis?

the right external carotid artery has a moderate plaque with normal spectral dopper signal indicating a stenosis less than 50%

so how bad is this if it is and what can i do to stop the plaque . thank you all for your help

The results of your carotid doppler suggest that you have a mild degree of atherosclerosis in your right distal and right proximal internal carotid artery, and moderate degree of atherosclerosis in your right external carotid artery.  This does not represent any significant degree of disease or obstruction that would warrant intervention.  It is important that you continue a heart healthy lifestyle including low fat, low sodium diet with good blood pressure control and cardiovascular exercise.
