I just got MY cholesterol back too. Mines worse than yours, and my Dr says to just change my diet..and we will keep an eye on it...
Total Chol 214
Trigs 98
HDL (good chol) 42
LDL (bad Chol) 156
I am now working on bringing UP my HDL...I dont know how old you are or anything..im a 47 yr old female...but I dont think yours is anything to worry too much about....

I think you are worried over essentially nothing. The most important thing is that your total cholesterol and LDL are low, which they are.
It is not clear, from a diagnostic viewpoint what a low HDL means when you also have low LDL. What does your physician say?
