i know how you feel. when i first had my panic attack after that my heart rate was always up night and day. so i went to hospital and all results were fine. just anxiety. so went to get help for my anxiety and my doc gave me the same meds. I constantly thought i was going to die, i couldnt take it anymore so i researched  on the internet and the one thing i found was that the are many people out that suffer from this. and i had to tell my self that i am gonna be ok, i have had bad days and good days. Like right now its a bad day as am typing this i can see my heart beat in my chest. I know that when i think about it of stress, eat cetain foods such as chillie or caffine my heart rate goes up. my doc says that are normal and everybody gets them so long as they have ruled out any underlying conditions. it seem to me that all ur tests were normal so am guessing that anxiety as a big part in it for you especially when you consantly think u gonna die. i just want you to know that i been through that and am still going through it and i have to constantly tell my self that i am gonna be ok.

From my understanding palpatations are not serious as long as there is not an underlying problem...I have them and some are worse than others on different days. I have had a heart caf and found no other issues. This helped to relieve the stress assosicated with the palpatations. Atenonol seemed to help me, but brought my bp down to low. As long as mine do not get any worse, I have accepted it as part of life.
