hey Daizy, just want to know what kind of himalayan salts and magnesium orotate did you use? I am interested in trying.
Thanks!
I was finally diagnosed with these this past April. It took some trial and error, but we have finally found the right combination of beta blocker, ace inhibitor and calcium channel blocker. The spasms finally quieted down toward the end of June. Conitnue to work with your doctor to find the right medication for you. Some of us do well with Cardizem. I tried that and had some really bad chest pains. I went back to the Norvasc and had my other meds' doses adjusted. And like I said, it does take a while to start working well. I have also started taking magnesium and niacin to help with this. And I keep nitro tablets with me always. I have high blood pressure, high triglycerides & CAD, so I am monitored frequently. The spasms were awful to deal with and so scary. I was sure I was having another heart attack and surprised to find out it wasn't. Take care and keep us posted. Ally
How were you diagnosed? which tests did yu have? I had the same. I took a couple of grain of himalayan salts under the tongue and pure magnesium orotate, it disappeared. Even though my sodium and magnesium tests were normal, there were imbalances. BTW, this was advised to me by a medical doctor, and it worked. the day I put this salt under the tongue, the spasms disappeared and never returned. It is well known, that lack of sodium or other minerals can cause heart spasms.
Same thing has happened to me. The treatment, as prescribed to me, is a calcium channel blocker, such as Cardizem. I been using Nitro Patches, with a small degree of success. Could you describe your symptoms? I want to compare them with mine. You can also email me at ***@****. Thanks!
