im 51 years old and need emergance help

i writ to you last night and i forgot to tell you i have high colsetrol and low blood presure i need some advise in a emegence

You should keep your posts to one thread.  I know your confused so I have pasted your prior post and my answer together with your current question:

Usually, aortic valve stenosis is not done if the heart is failing.  So the usual protocol would be to get your heart back to normal size and function and then perform an operation on the valve.
