I just answered your other post. It wasn't clear to me from that post that the 30mm PA pressure was the mean, not the systolic, so that may be accurate and may be consistent with some pulmonary hypertension. However given your dysfunction in your left ventricle, often times the elevated right heart pressures are due to elevated left heart pressures which is likely the case here. A right heart cath would certainly answer that question. Hope this helps!

I will ask for clarification from my cardiologist as on hindsight we did not discuss this last week, and I am disappointed the he did no call me in earlier as the echo was done 8 weeks prior to last week's office visit. I read "consistent with moderate pulmonary hypertension" with respect to the 30 mm calculated mean pulmonary artery pressure on the echo report after getting home and became concerned because PH is very serious and this seems to point to a more negative outlook..
