Can very little fat ans muscle and being very underweight, as well as no exercise cause such fast heart rates?

im very underweight, seen a cardiologist who got my resting heart rates normal.

problem is, i cant walk or go or do anything without 160+ heart rate.. slowly goes down if i stand still..
move, it goes back up..

normal sinus rythem just i am so weak... can this be the cause>

3 week cardionet shows normal sinus rythem. my SVT is being controlled with cardizem.

I have Crohn's Disease, which leads to severe anemia, and malnourishment. Low albumin.

I made an accomplishment this morning. I wasnt anxious, TOOK everything slow.. even talked to my self.. take it slow... take it slow.. heart rate never went over 140.

im happy. going to keep taking my xanax and building up.
i am very close to a blood transfusion though.

What is the reason behind your malnourishment?  Have you seen a nutritionist?  Or any other doctor?

Yes, your underweight condition and poor muscle integrity can cause one to have a higher HR. There is a condition referred to as chronic fatigue syndrome that may explain symptoms and the high heart rate is a telling sign especially with some light  exertion and return to normal with rest and a normal sinus rhythm.

There could be a thyroid problem, and if there is a medical underlying cause for your physical condition that should be treated.
