medical advice & management after angioplasty

63 years, businessman done angiogram which reveals that 80% proximal stenosis in RCA. 80% PROXIMAL, 60% MID PART STENOSIS, OM2 40% PROXIMAL STENOSIS in LCX. and 40% proximal, 50% long segment distal stenosis in LAD. LMCA is normal. STENTING is done in RCA (DEPLOYED a 3.5 X 13 mm CORTRON STENT [COBALT CHROMIUM] @ 12 ATOMS FOR 30 secs) and LCX (DEPLOYED a 2.75 X 23 mm XIENCE V STENT [DES] @ 10 atms for 30 secs). MRI of brain showing acute small infarct in right corona radiata. Chronic tiny infarct in left corona radiata and left parieto-occipital region. Now i am feeling weakness during walking, talking, reading taking food & also feeling dizziness. Now WHAT WILL BE MY MEDICAL ADVICE & IN MY DIETARY ITEMS & WHAT SHOULD BE MY FUTURE MANAGEMENT.

You should be involved with your doctor to be given medcial advise regarding what is the appropriate diet for you. Generally, with coronary artery disease there is medication to help manage cholesterol, and the appropriate diet for that condition would be advised.
