I am so afraid, please help

Hello, I am very scared.

Hi, I am 28 years old. I have suffered from anxiety for 2 years (Diagnosed with GAD), but I am also extremely overweight (340, 5'10") and suffer from High blood pressure (taking lisinopril 15mg every day), seems to be working when I take the blood pressure at home seems between 110-140 / 75-92 most of the time), I stopped taking my lexapro because I couldn’t afford going to the doctor. Last years I had a couple of attacks and went to the ER 4 different times thinking I was getting a heart attacked, got blood work, ecgs, xrays and they never found anything. In december I got a stress test and ulstrasound ecg and nothing was found, but that was last year. This year I havent had many fears, but in the last couple days the fears have come, to today im about to start crying, my chest and left arm hurts in  apain that comes and goes and last 5 to 10 seconds, is been in the las 3 days, but mostly today, I am afraid that now I am getting a heart attack. I cant afford going to the ER for a false thing again, im full with bills and collections agencys for medical cost, I don’t know what to do. Please help

i think the increased weight is due to some lifestyle issue.

anyway consider these tips.

not sleep during day and at night go to sleep at fixed time and wake also on a fixed time, preferably 8 hrs.

concerning diet its best avoid all fat and cholesterol based diets, also stimulants like caffeine and others. if drink, smoke etc then stop it fully. eat plenty of water preferably 3 liters.

avoid vehicles as much and use your legs to travel, make walking a habit you love. if inside home then simply walk in circles anyway make walking a routine activity.

best regards

I know this comes across harsh but it isn't. You need to lose weight to feel better. You are basically double the weight you should be and this body mass is going to be pushing against arteries and nerves, giving high blood pressure and pains. You don't need a crash diet, just take is slow and easy. Go for long walks every day and enjoy nature around you. In a week or so you should start to feel better and keep it going. Eat lots of high protein stuff if you want to keep your stomach full because they take so much longer to digest, making you feel full for much longer.
