about 5 days ago i was snowboarding when i fell pretty hard on the snow, i landed on my side and it was an impactive blow, it completely knocked the wind out of me and ever since than ive had sharp pains between my left shoulderblade and my spine, these pains only occur during specific movements, such as putting on my pants, getting out of bed, strappng my feet into my snowboard, and ive noticed alot of pain when i use my arms to help pull myself up a staircase with a railing, i hope all this helps, and please respond fast because its stopping me from snowboarding and i dont know how much longer i can withstand.
