my echo results

hi i'm  a 29 year old man in great physical condition, just got my echo results back doctor said everything was good, but i had a few more questions, maybe you can help?
1st my NLVS&C EF is 55-60%.........what does that mean?
2nd under comments it says TRACE MR..................what does that mean?

Thanks BOB MY DAD PASSED AWAY WHEN I WAS 14 OF A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK HE WAS A VETERAIM VET AND A COP. WAS OVER WEIGH AND I'M GUESSING UNDER ALOT OF STRESS. BUT ME BEING 29 I GUESS LIKE MY GIRLFRIEND SAYS I'M DRIVING MYSELF NUTS WITH ALL THIS "HEART TALK" THANKS FOR WRITE BACK TO ME

Your ejection fraction (a measure of pumping capacity) is in the solidly normal range and you have a little mitral valve regurgitation, quite common and non-problematic.
Hence the "good" overall evaluation from your doctor.
