my friend slapped my in the chest very Hard can this affect my heart

i was standing then my friend slapped my chest very Hard and fast im scared that it may have interfered or damaged my heart can this happen

That's an arrhythmia, so its not anatomical, which is good.

I am glad you are feeling better.

I do think since you do have a history you should tell your friend not to behave that way.  As you could potentially go into and arrhythmia  ( although, unlikely)

No you have an underlying cardiac issues, if not than unlikely.  Your thoracic cage is there to protect you from things like that.

So unless he broke a rib or your sternun, I will go with a hard no.  

Obviously, if you have cardiac issues or respiratory issues, than its a different story.

Thanks for your reply yes I had a cardiac issue called wollf Parkinson white syndrome and the slap my friend done just freaked me out as you said down below I feel better
