Well your pulse is great but your blood pressure is way to high...time to see the doctor my friend before something happens....there are alot of meds the doc can put you on with no side effects at all to get your b/p down from that number and personally i wouldn;'t wait...good luck to you

hi Dennis,

a 55bpm is normal, especially if its your resting pulserate, young/old or/and well fit.
and of course, everybody is different. I think thats its kind of low if its your average pulse.
I dont think your BP is normal. 40-35mmHg difference between systolic and diastolic is normal when you rest.(fx. 130/90, 120/80, 110/70, 100/60.)
You got a high systolic pressure when its above 140mmHg, and I think that your diastolic is kind of low. but im not a doctor.

get a date with your doc.
