is trivial mitral leake/regurgitation with normal mitral valve physiological finding?

I believe the scale is as follows:

Physiological (normal)

So trivial means a little more than physiological but still completely insignificant and something you should ignore and forget.

You need to stop ruminating about this. Your heart is healthy and you should trust your cardiologist.
